Sunsilk Natural Recharge Strong & Abundant Shampoo and Conditioner Review

Hey Everyone,

In my child hood I used Sunsilk Black Shampoo which use to make my hair really soft like silk. I use to really like the fragrance of the shampoo. In those days, we use to only use shampoo in hair and after the shampoo, the hair use to be good for the day. But now a day my hairs just cannot do without conditioner. Ever since I came to Mumbai I started suing Tressme Shampoo and conditioner for hair fall. The Tressme shampoo and conditioner have done wonders to my hairs. Recently I heard about the new range from Sunsilk named Natural Recharge strong and abundant Shampoo and Conditioner and I thought of giving it a try. Let’s see the review:

Sunsilk Natural Recharge Strong and Abundant Shampoo : Rs 132 for 180ML

Sunsilk Natural Recharge Strong and Abundant  Conditioner : Rs 164 for 180ML

So if you’re looking for a new shampoo & conditioner that gives you strong & abundant hair, try Sunsilk Natural Recharge!

My Review:

The shampoo comes in typical Sunslik shampoo and conditioner packaging. The shampoo comes in a tall plastic bottle with flip opening. The flip once opened is difficult to close fully and hence is not at all travel friendly. The packaging of the conditioner is a tube packaging with flip open cap. This flip cap of conditioner has same problem as of shampoo. The packaging of both conditioner and shampoo is very typical and are not travel friendly.

Sunsilk Natural Recharge Strong and Abundant Shampoo

The consistency of the shampoo is opaque and viscous. The shampoo is creamy in color and has some small silver particles. The shampoo does foams well in first application even if you have applied oil in hair or hairs have not been washed for 2 days. As I always wash my hair after overnight oil and every 2 day, hence I always shampoo twice on my hair. This shampoo does takes off oil and dirt well in first application.

The shampoo has great fragrance because of ginseng root oil. After the shampoo application my hairs felt soft but not silky.  The shampoo left a good fragrance on my hairs but did not   felt any great change in its texture before and after washing. The strongness of the hair has not changed at all, hence claims are false.

Sunsilk Natural Recharge Strong and Abundant Conditioner:

The conditioner is thick in consistency and is mix of green and white color. The first thing which I just loved about the conditioner was its fragrance.  After shampooing the hair the conditioner is to be applied on the roots for three minutes.

Firstly I shampooed my hair and then applied the conditioner for 3 minutes as instructed. The conditioner feels very soft and easily spreads on hairs. After washing the conditioner, my hair felt really soft. After towel drying my hair, the hair felt very soft and silky. The conditioner also imparted improvement in the frizzines of the ends of the hair. The softness of the hair lasted 2-3 days and hence I just love the conditioner.

Even though I might not go for the shampoo once again I will definitely buy the conditioner once again.

Pros and Cons of the Shampoo and Conditioner:

1.    Good Fragrance.
2.    Conditioner softens hair.
3.    Affordable
4.    Available
1.    False Claims for shampoo

Packaging: 3/5
Performance: 4/5

Overall Rating: 3.5/5

Final Verdict:
The shampoo is not very great but the conditioner is very good and definitely I will be using this conditioner. So definitely I am not buying the shampoo again but the conditioner is really good and I am going to buy it  again.

Have a great day, Bye J
